Come out to Catalyst Athletics and learn how to incorporate strongman into an athlete's development! Everyone is welcome, players, coaches, parents, males and females. No matter what sport you play, football, field hockey, wrestling, lacrosse or any sport that you need speed, strength and explosive power for, the movements I will go over will help! Participants will be able to listen, watch and try if they are feeling strong that day! This event is FREE for all that want to come, I do however have to cap the event at 30 people. This is a rare opportunity to learn how to get stronger, faster, more explosive and powerful from one of the strongest men in the world who has played college and professional football! You can see what you will be learning about when Catalyst owner/strength coach Mike Jenkins competes in World's Strongest Man and makes it to the finals on ESPN2 January 14th. Help Needed: I have been trying to locate a book by Roger Saylor titled "Scholastic Football in South Central Pennsylvania" published in August of 1979. It was the first in a series of books he did throughout the state (just in cast you aren't familiar with them). Anyway, I have acquired all of them but the first one and was wondering is anyone out there would be willing to sell me a copy of this book.
